How Avelio Group LLC handles your information when you visit aveliogroup.com or contact us about a project.
Published · 23 September 2026Our online enquiry form sends your details to Avelio Group by email. This policy explains how we handle that information and the technical data needed to operate and protect this website.
01 / Who we are
Avelio Group LLC, based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal information it handles through this website and its business enquiries. In this policy, “Avelio”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Avelio Group LLC.
This policy covers our corporate website and enquiries. Separate terms or privacy information may apply to client projects, software products and third-party websites.
02 / Information we handle
- Enquiry details: your name, email address, selected project type and the message you choose to provide, along with subsequent correspondence.
- Information in direct emails: your address, email content and any attachments you send us.
- Technical information: website and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, request times and diagnostic information to deliver and protect the site.
- Your preference: the light or dark theme you select is stored in your browser.
Please share only information needed to explain your enquiry. Do not include passwords, identity documents, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or other people's confidential information in the form.
03 / How and why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, respond, discuss a possible engagement and maintain relevant correspondence. We use limited technical information to operate the website, troubleshoot problems and protect it against misuse.
We seek your consent through the online form to handle its information for responding to your enquiry. Where applicable law permits, processing may also be necessary for steps you request before entering a contract, performing a contract, meeting legal obligations or establishing or defending legal rights. We do not treat a project enquiry as permission to send unrelated marketing.
We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiles. The website does not use enquiry information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
04 / Service providers and sharing
Access is limited to people and providers who need information for the purposes described in this policy. Our hosting and form-delivery arrangement uses:
- Amazon Web Services: S3 for website hosting, and API Gateway, Lambda and Amazon SES for processing and emailing enquiries.
- Cloudflare: domain, DNS, website delivery and visitor-facing HTTPS services. The online form uses Turnstile protection, through which Cloudflare also processes browser and connection signals to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum (opens in a new tab).
- Google Fonts: the website loads its fonts from Google. Your browser sends technical request information, including your IP address, when requesting these font files. See Google's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
- Business email providers: services used to receive, store and respond to correspondence addressed to [email protected].
We may also disclose information when required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
05 / International processing
The website files are hosted in Cape Town, South Africa (af-south-1). The enquiry service processes form submissions in Cape Town and uses Amazon SES in Northern Virginia, United States (us-east-1), to send enquiry emails. Cloudflare delivers content through a global network. Email and other service providers may also process information outside the UAE; their locations depend on the services and configuration in use. Where cross-border transfer requirements apply, we must use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards. You may contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
06 / Cookies, browser storage and analytics
This website stores your theme preference in local storage under avelio-theme. It stays in that browser until you change the selection or clear the site's browser data. It is not used to track you across websites.
The current site has no advertising pixels, visitor analytics or marketing cookies. We do not save the contents of the enquiry form in browser storage. Security services such as Turnstile may use technical signals or storage needed to protect the form. We will update this policy and provide any required choice before adding optional tracking.
07 / How long we keep information
For enquiries that do not become client projects, we retain correspondence for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete it, unless a legal obligation or a specific legal claim requires longer retention.
If an enquiry becomes a client project, relevant information becomes part of the project and business records. Its retention is determined by the engagement and applicable legal and accounting requirements; the enquiry-only period does not override those obligations.
The enquiry service keeps diagnostic logs for 30 days and does not intentionally log form contents or email addresses. Other technical records are retained only for the operational or security purpose they serve. Deletion from backups follows the relevant provider's backup cycle. You can ask us about retention for your particular information.
08 / Protecting your information
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, including access restrictions and encrypted connections where supported, to protect information. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
09 / Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request information about how we process your data, access to it, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a transferable format. You may also have rights to object to certain processing.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out, and we may need to retain information for another permitted purpose. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before responding.
You can raise a concern with us or complain to the competent data protection authority where applicable. These rights depend on the law that applies to your circumstances.
10 / Other websites and children
Links to external websites, including the specialist aviation portfolio at avelio.net, may lead to services with their own privacy arrangements. Please read the information provided on those sites.
This corporate website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can review and address it.
